The Silent Disco that Myth Nightclub puts on every first Wednesday of the month is always fun – and I had the opportunity to play an opening set. I opened my set with a “freestyle” tribute set. So basically, I put all of the tracks I wanted to play into a playlist, and played it in any order I wanted to.. and on that note, I hope you enjoy the mix.

Boys Weightlifting Meet – Suwannee High School
Dan Marsee had me DJ at the boys weightlifting meet on March 8th. I had such a fun time playing this event! The event itself lasted until 10pm. You can listen to the mix below.
The VIP Mix
When I get booked, its usually from word-of-mouth. A lot of my customers and clients appreciate the art of creating mashups, bootlegs, and blends – so in this mix, I wanted to curate the many diverse vibes of a VIP room. All of the edits I used in this mix were made by me, or found on Direct Music Service.
This mix starts off with an AC/DC and Notorious BIG mashup to give it a strong, fast vibe – and from there I travel through different decades of music and various genres. About halfway through, I transition into a twerk / hip hop / rap mix.. I tend to quick mix those tracks. I use wordplay sporadically in this mix, because not too many people pay attention to it. In club / VIP room scenarios, its all about creating a vibe and reading the crowd. In the end of the mix, I transition into Hip Hop / R&B tracks to ease you out of the mix – to end it on a softer note.
As a DJ, I feel like nobody should be left hanging and wanting more. I want you to feel a fluid motion in a mix. Think of it as surfing – You have to climb up the wave and ride it down. You can’t ride the wave forever…so why be at peak energy forever? When you surf, you can’t end the surf at the top of the wave either…so why should a mix end with a banger? 😉

I found out the name of my favorite EDM subgenre – Electro House. Thanks to my guy J. Taylor [IG @jtaylor3202] I’ve been digging deep and i’ve found some really creative remixes and bootlegs. I kept this mix fun, upbeat, and powerful..so I feel like this would be a great mix to listen to during workouts!
Valentines Day – The Ultimate Playlist
I had the pleasure of DJ’ing at Winn Dixie in Macclenny, Florida on February 13th – and this was no normal day at the shopping center. It was a Valentine’s day event geared towards all ages – and if you know me, you know I came prepared. I played an assortment of music ranging from 60’s soul classics to today’s music.

I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I needed or wanted this instrumental, but I couldn’t find one that was in decent quality!
