Rest In Peace – The Silent Disco Set
The Silent Disco that Myth Nightclub puts on every first Wednesday of the month is always fun – and I had the opportunity to play an opening set. I opened my set with a “freestyle” tribute set. So basically, I put all of the tracks I wanted to play into a playlist, and played it in any order I wanted to.. and on that note, I hope you enjoy the mix.

Boys Weightlifting Meet – Suwannee High School

I kept this mix fun, upbeat, and powerful..so I feel like this would be a great mix to listen to during workouts!
Valentines Day – The Ultimate Playlist
I had the pleasure of DJ’ing at Winn Dixie in Macclenny, Florida on February 13th – and this was no normal day at the shopping center. It was a Valentine’s day event geared towards all ages – and if you know me, you know I came prepared. I played an assortment of music ranging from 60’s soul classics to today’s music.

One example is at 3:30 in, where Lisa says “Can You Feel The Beat?” and goes directly into the hook of Michael Jackson’s “Beat It”. Enjoy the mix!

This weekend I had the opportunity to watch DJ Numark perform an all 45’s set during Ol Dirty Sunday’s at Crowbar in Tampa, Florida. Before we went out for the night, DJ Johnny Oz (@DJ_Johnny.Oz), DJ Hiztory, and myself (@DJ.Nelson.Music) were able to get a scratch session in. Here’s just a little preview of what happened that night. Nothing was planned – everything in this video is freestyle scratching. Also, shout out to DJ Fugi (@EvilFugi) for coming through later in the evening and throwing down. It’s always a good time in Tampa!
There’s a DJ at a gym? Yes – and only at Future Fitness
